We’re seeking a part-time Accounts & Office Assistant to help keep our numbers in order and our office running smoothly. This is a varied role with a mix of finance support (accounts payable/receivable) and general office admin.
What you’ll be doing
- Entering and reconciling supplier invoices.
- Processing customer payments and following up overdue accounts.
- Assisting with credit applications and account set-ups.
- Ordering office supplies (stationery, weekly Coles orders).
- Supporting the team with general finance and admin tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping.
- A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills.
- Friendly and professional communication style.
- Someone who’s reliable and enjoys pitching in.
