As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise. You will become an expert across multiple Workday products, with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management (Absence, Time Tracking & Scheduling).
This role involves understanding client business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assisting the client in testing the Workday solution, and working with the client to support translating their requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and sharing product knowledge with other consultants, working with other consultants and product experts to develop solutions to address common customer challenges and streamline deployment processes. Furthermore, you will ensure that the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions, help deliver successful project outcomes, and maintain lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing Australian HR & Payroll systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be adaptable, curious, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team.
