Based in Narangba, this role is central to supporting builders and roofers with their orders, quotes, and enquiries—helping us continue our reputation as one of SEQ's leading roofing manufacturers.
YOUR ROLE
* Order and Enquiry Management: Process customer orders, quotes, and enquiries across phone, email, and in person.
* Inbox Oversight: Monitor and manage inbox traffic, prioritising and allocating according to business protocols.
* Customer Support Delivery: Deliver timely and professional customer service to our customers, trade partners and suppliers.
* Administrative Assistance: Provide general administration support and assist internal stakeholders.
* Team Contribution: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
SUCCESS FACTORS
· Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Excellent phone manner and verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and order management software.
· Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to working well within a team.
· Strong organisational skills with solid work ethic.
· Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
· Knowledge of the roofing industry is desirable but not essential.
