Civil Design Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to take on a key role in our Community Development team.

About the Role
* This role includes project design and delivery across a range of projects and sectors. Projects range from early concept design and master planning through to detailed design and construction documentation.
* The role will require independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Civil design mainly relating to urban, land, buildings, and subdivisions.
* Supporting the construction phase, including design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits.
* Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters.
* Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and industry procedures.
* Managing client relationships and other consultants.
* Assisting with project management and business development.
* Supporting Project Leaders Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering field related to design and delivery of urban, land, and subdivisions.
* Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements.
* Ability to obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible.
* Eligibility to obtain Defence baseline security clearance.
