The Company
This Adelaide-based civil contractor delivers local metro civil and infrastructure projects across roads, drainage, concrete works, earthworks and streetscape upgrades. Their work is primarily undertaken for local councils, DIT, and through civil packages alongside Tier 1 contractors on major infrastructure programs.

The Role
You will be responsible for the financial administration of civil construction projects to ensure accurate cost tracking, claims and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project cost tracking and job cost reports
* Preparing and submitting progress claims
* Tracking, pricing and processing variations
* Managing subcontractor payment claims and commitments
* Assisting with cashflow forecasting and monthly reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records and cost control documentation
* Supporting project close-out and final accounts from a financial perspective
The Criteria
* Experience supporting or managing the financial administration of construction projects
* Background in civil works, infrastructure or similar environments
* Detail-oriented, well organised and comfortable managing project financials
* Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
