The Opportunity

You'll be at the heart of the excitement, from welcoming guests to operating our world‐class rides and attractions, all while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Whether you're a confident communicator or just love creating magical moments, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities
Step into the action and be part of creating memories that last lifetimes! You'll:
* Be the friendly face – greet guests, check heights, and provide clear information at our rides, attractions, and shows.
* Keep the fun safe – operate rides and attractions in line with procedures, learn the technical components required to run them, and ensure every experience is safe and enjoyable.
* Bring the excitement - Deliver memorable guest interactions and confidently present scripted experiences that make our attractions come alive.
* Be adaptable – work across a variety of attractions and help every guest have a memorable experience.
What We're Looking For
We're after people who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a guest‐first mindset! You'll bring:
* Must be 18 years or over (due to manufacturer requirements)
* Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service).
* A guest‐first mindset with strong customer service and problem‐solving skills.
* Confident public speaking and communication skills.
* A bright, enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a high standard of personal presentation
* Flexibility to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and evening functions.
