Chandler Macleod is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our client as a Sales Administrator. We are looking for someone that is available to start ASAP for Monday - Friday PART TIME temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent.
Location: Wetherill Park
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to a sales team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The Sales Administrator will work closely with the sales team to ensure that orders are processed accurately, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the sales team to ensure product availability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data entry, sales administration or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
