This role is diverse and hands-on; combining marketing ownership and client fulfilment. Responsibilities include: Marketing (approx. 40–50%) Manage social media channels: plan content calendar, create & publish posts, engage with audience, monitor performance Produce marketing collateral: flyers, email banners, job ad graphics, simple brochures Create short-form copy & visuals: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & email campaigns Basic website content updates: CMS edits, new job postings, landing page text/images Monitor metrics & report on engagement & reach; suggest optimisations Client Fulfilment (approx. 50–60%) Draft & post job advertisements across job boards & social platforms Process & manage incoming applications; maintain ATS & CRM records Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate fit, prepare shortlists for interviewer/client Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, interviewers & clients; manage feedback & follow-ups Manage client communications & ensure timely fulfilment of placements Maintain accurate records & compliance documentation About you 2 yrs experience in marketing, recruitment support or client services Confident content creator: copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark or similar) Experience with social media management & analytics Comfortable with ATS and CMS (experience with recruitment platforms is a plus) Excellent verbal & written communication; personable nature & ability to engage with a diverse range of people Customer-focused, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities & tight deadlines Willingness to contribute to a positive team environment; confident providing creative ideas & solutions Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, HR/Recruitment or related field preferred, but not essential Current right to work in Australia (role based in Australia) Who are we Mojo Recruit are not your usual recruitment company!
