We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care on a shift-by-shift basis, working closely with our care management, clinical, and care teams. You will manage residents who are acutely unwell or require nursing interventions, support the care team to ensure care is safe and meets the needs of each resident, and liaise with families and health practitioners. You will also have dedicated time to assist with resident assessment and audits.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Document care needs and interventions
You will be part of a dedicated onsite service and clinical management team, as well as having access to 24-hour on-call support. Regular education, mentoring, and professional development opportunities will also be provided.
