**How will I help?**
Reporting directly into our Head of Optimisation & KYC, your role will be critical in leading the Change Practice within CBB Chief Transformation Office. You will be accountable for effective change delivery and leadership of change professionals across Consumer, Business and Wealth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a large team to perform change management activities for all LOBs and major programs across Consumer, Business and Wealth
- on time, budget and in line with quality expectations
- Optimise the manner in which we deliver change across Consumer, Business and Wealth to drive more value from our BSR investments
- Work with a leadership team of Change Directors aligned to LOBs and major program to build a high performing team of Core and Specialist change professionals
- Ensure the change workforce has the capacity and capabilities to deliver on proof point priorities during QBR
- Manage resource allocation based on demand and prioritisation
- Your role will also be the sub chapter lead for change management, in partnership with the Executive Manager Transformation Chapter responsible for establishing the community of practice, uplifting capability, workforce planning and management and execution excellence for change professionals

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Deep change management experience
- Significant people leadership experience with a proven track record building, driving and managing direct reports of 10-20; and accountability for 135 team size
- A proven track record of developing high performance teams in a complex, multi-dimensional environment
- Significant project and programme management expertise
- An understanding of large, complex organisations dynamics and how change is managed in large organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
- High integrity, self-motivated with a robust results and outcome focus
