Position: Sales Consultant

The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll handle inbound and outbound sales, converting leads from our strong online presence. Averaging 80 – 100 calls per day with 25 connected calls.
You'll assist customers visiting our display homes, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchase process. Saturdays are done on a rotation basis amongst the team from 9am to 1pm, however you are required to service any booked customers on the remaining Saturdays.
Detailed Sales training in the first month provides you with the tools to succeed. For the following 5 months your target will gradually increase with a total of 30 sales over the first 6 months. Followed by a KPI of 10 sales per month thereafter.

About You:
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
* Confident in high-volume client contact via phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM is a plus.
* Value your contribution to the team and company
* Must have a driver's license for occasional travel.
