As an Ecommerce Lead, you will be responsible for:
1. Planning and executing product exposure and associated content within your department pages on .com and app to enhance both commercial performance and brand perception.
2. Securing and managing the publishing of content aligned with the daily commercial customer plan and making ad hoc adjustments to optimize performance.
3. Executing and optimizing product ranking based on analysis of current trends, customer behavior, inventory availability, and commercial packs.
4. Implementing deals and discount activities, and optimizing their execution through content publishing and exposure tactics.
5. Collaborating with the Experience Lead and Customer Activation & Marketing teams to align campaigns and activations with recent trends and insights.
6. Optimizing navigational entries based on performance and customer behavior, including enhancing internal search with synonyms and creating relevant search landing pages.
7. Staying updated on fashion industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to adjust site merchandising strategies accordingly.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: The Ecommerce Lead reports to the Ecommerce Manager and is part of a broader Ecommerce team. The role collaborates with stakeholders including Merchandising and Marketing to deliver a comprehensive customer experience.
