**Overview**
In this role you will be responsible for the planning & execution of the product roadmap for development, release & ongoing optimisation of best in class E-commerce experiences across both web and our customer service portal.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing the vision for Digital platforms following consultation with senior leaders and operations colleagues
- Own the product development roadmap for Digital and other products
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with wider Group strategies
- Supporting the scrum team with delivering quality features
- Prioritise the backlog making sure the team understand the purpose and the value
- Develop digital products and feature sets that result in overall increases to case average, through featuring the rights products and services to the right customers at the right time
- Develop and maintain an understanding of competitor product development, industry and market digital development, both locally and overseas, and other relevant digital landscape developments that might enhance our product strategy
- Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to develop training programs for our Operations teams so that they are positive advocates for our digital products
- Contribute to the implementation of best practice product management including tools, processes, and frameworks to support shift towards a product & customer led business.

- Actively use various tools to understand product performance and insights to better understand how customers are engaging with capability and to influence the product roadmap
**Skills**
- Previous work experience as a Product Owner (3+ years) on websites
- Experience in Digital organisations with a track record of improving the Customer Experience.
- Previous hands-on experience with Ecommerce.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and work with cross-functional teams to achieve a shared mission.
- Can clearly articulate to the squad & stakeholders the product roadmap, and "why" customer problems and epics are being prioritised.
- Innovative thinking with a vision and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, writing user stories and empower a scrum team.
- Proven track record of managing Digital Product Roadmaps, and incremental
- Knowledge of Agile methodology for product development.
