About the Role
The Administrator (Sydney Campus) provides administrative and operational support for UNEs Sydney campus in Parramatta. Based on site at UNE Sydney, this role provides frontline customer service, including concierge activities, providing generalist advice to current and prospective students and referrals to UNEs specialist support teams. The Administrator (Sydney Campus) will assist the Campus Manager in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Centre and maintaining campus facilities. The Administrator (Sydney Campus) assists the wider UNE Sydney team in the effective delivery of student retention, student attainment and community events held at the campus, including supporting in logistic and promotional activities.
About You
* Relevant qualifications in a related field
* Proven experience in an administrative role, supporting teams in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with word processing skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, management, and external clients
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* The ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
