An exciting role has become available for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the White Fox family.

Key Responsibilities;
- Monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met
- Assisting the Design & Production Manager with day-to-day running of the department
- Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines
- Ensure efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples, follow up on PPS and photoshoot samples and ensure they adhere to tech pack specifications
- Work closely with suppliers to produce packaging and labels for all collections
- Build & maintain close working relationships with suppliers, warehouses and freight forwarders
- Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate air & LCL freight from suppliers into warehouse
- Liaise and negotiate with factories to approve all garment costings
- Manage all factory invoicing for Production department
**Requirements**:
What we are looking for;
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Production
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Production Specialist or Manager role
- Experience in day to day production problem solving, issue prevention management and strategic production planning.
- Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities with excellent negotiation skills
- A natural problem solver who can quickly regroup and come up with a course of action when things don't go to plan
- You will have a passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product
- Garment construction knowledge
- Good communication and MS Office computer skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
