Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SDS Training's courses and services.
Manage social media channels and create engaging content for digital platforms.
Utilise CRM systems and tools to support Customer Service activities and drive marketing initiatives.
Support the design of promotional materials, newsletters, and campaign content.
Conduct market research to understand training needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for marketing campaigns.
Assist with marketing for events, workshops, and learning programs.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Respond to learner and client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, registrations, and requirements.
Process course bookings and work with clients to support course completion and accurate learner records.
Follow up with clients and learners to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Collect feedback to improve course delivery and customer experience.
Liaise with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in marketing or customer service (experience in training/education is an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
