The Position
The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Associate will include:
* Greet and assist customers and partners at the sales office and display suites
* Answer calls, handle enquiries, and direct clients as needed
* Present masterplans and product options clearly to visitors
* Keep the sales environment tidy and welcoming (setup, stocktakes, signage)
* Qualify and follow up on leads via phone, SMS, and email using the CRM
* Schedule appointments between clients and Sales Executives
* Support Sales Executives with admin tasks and event assistance
* Stay updated on projects and the property market to guide customers
* Communicate regularly with internal teams and provide feedback to management
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:
* You MUST hold a NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Immaculate presentation and an eye for detail
* Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for property
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* A natural problem-solver with a calm, confident approach
* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
