Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting managers and employees across Australia and New Zealand, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executing the annual HR plan and contributing to the delivery of the broader HR vision and strategy
Acting as the 2IC to the HR Manager, providing leadership across HR matters and driving key initiatives across AU and NZ
Delivering high-quality support and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR topics including performance, conduct, and employee relations
Supporting the development and capability of line and functional managers to help achieve business objectives
Providing general administration support to both the HR and Payroll functions
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning
Leading or contributing to various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring the accuracy of HR records and HRIS data (Workday)
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
To be considered, you should possess:
Previous experience in an HR Advisory or generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver information clearly and effectively
Leadership qualities and the ability to act as a trusted advisor across all departments
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS) is highly regarded
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
