The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to residents regarding kerbside waste and recycling services.
* Work collaboratively with the Waste and Environment team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities.
