About This Role
A Mine Engineer is required to lead production engineering activities at our underground mining operation. This hands-on role requires skilled miners with experience in drill & blast operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate drill and blast operations
* Manage daily and weekly production planning and data tracking
* Develop stope and panel notes, and backfill documentation
* Work closely with operations to support safe and efficient production
* Identify opportunities for improved access to reserves
* Conduct audits and reviews
* Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards
We are seeking a Mine Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing effective drilling strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in an underground environment and have strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating team members to achieve project objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
