Job Title: Supply Chain Governance, Compliance And Stocktaking Management Officer
We are seeking a talented professional to join our diverse team in providing supply chain expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for governance, compliance and stocktaking requirements supporting WISS Sustainment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance direction in all governance and compliance requirements across WISS SCM.
* Conduct regular stocktake management and reporting across WISS managed items to ensure ultimate inventory and stock are compliant to support the supply chain.
* Develop and maintain relationships of trust and honesty with all internal and external stakeholders and prime partners.
* Identify and resolve customer supply chain issues and discrepancies.
* Transact within ERP management systems for the execution of stocktaking, compliance and governance, including the management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFX).
* Provide support to customer enquiries relating to governance, compliance and stocktaking system processes and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Integrated Logistic fundamentals, such as building stocktake plans per defence policy, management and governance of GFX and supply chain compliance per process and policy.
* Ability to work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
* High level written and oral communication and negotiation skills to facilitate open interaction between customer support teams, suppliers and key internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in identifying, establishing and promoting supply process improvements at the project level.
* Understanding of Airworthiness standards and advanced knowledge of ERP platforms (ORACLE/SAP4Hana preferred).
