genU are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual to support our growing organisation!
The** ICT Assets Manager** will lead a team of asset officers and ensure that genU assets are managed according to policy during their lifecycle. They will maintain an ICT Asset Management (ITAM) system which can be used by genU staff to request assets and track the asset during its lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining regular scheduled site-based inventory audits for all ICT assets across all genU locations, as well as managing the ICT category review in line with the genU procurement and purchasing policies.
**_ This is a full time ongoing opportunity based in Geelong, VIC._**
**About You?**:
Our ideal **ICT Assets Manager** will have the following
- 2 years management experience and demonstrated ability showing excellent leadership skills
- 2 years’ experience in leading tender / cost reduction initiatives across an ICT landscape
- Experience overseeing a portfolio of $5M+
- Experience with ICT inventory / asset management
- Experience with ITAM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to think strategically
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A strong focus on service delivery with a desire to innovate, improve process, support others and share ideas.
- Experience with formal tender processes
- Experience with cost analysis
You will need the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
