The Role
Ezyquip Hire is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our project and site teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations across servicing and maintenance activities for plant and equipment. You'll manage timesheets, invoicing, travel, rostering, budgeting, and training administration while maintaining accurate records and systems. There will be some travel to site required; this will help you to fully understand the context and intricacies of the role.
This role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Process employee timesheets and maintain accurate project rosters.
* Assist with accounts payable and debtor site management in Baseplan.
* Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, vehicle hire).
* Maintain plant and equipment databases for performance monitoring.
* Support monthly reporting, fleet tracking, and general project administration.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S, Quality, and Environmental policies.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' administration experience in a similar role.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Basic knowledge of plant and equipment types.
* Ability to deliver professional, customer-focused service.
