About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders, supporting workforce challenges, driving engagement, and ensuring best‐practice people outcomes across a complex and essential service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with operational leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice across a fast‐paced, workforce‐heavy environment
* Manage a range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and complex case management
* Support workforce planning, rostering challenges and capability uplift initiatives
* Drive engagement and culture initiatives across a diverse, multi‐site workforce
* Contribute to HR strategy, policy development and continuous improvement
* Work closely with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure smooth workforce operations and compliance
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a HR Business Partner/People & Culture Specialist in a complex, operational environment
* Strong employee relations experience, ideally within a regulated or workforce‐intensive setting
* Confident working with leaders managing shift‐based or frontline teams
* Ability to balance day‐to‐day operational support with longer‐term people initiatives
* Practical, solutions‐focused and comfortable navigating ambiguity
