* Provide high-quality administrative, secretariat, reporting and financial support to a diverse operational team across multiple locations.

* Utilise advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and financial/administration systems (e.g. CiAnywhere, CES or similar).

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional environment, providing high-level administrative and conveyancing support across a busy practice. Ideal for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional, this position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient outcomes.
* Provide comprehensive legal secretarial support, including document preparation, file management, diary coordination and client liaison.
* Manage end-to-end residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including contract preparation, settlements and post-settlement processes.
* Liaise confidently with clients, agents, brokers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
* Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong knowledge of legal procedures and compliance requirements.
* Previous experience in a similar Legal Secretary and/or Conveyancer role essential; proficiency in legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office required.
