What you'll do
* Book patient appointments
for scans and procedures with accuracy and empathy.
* Handle patient inquiries
via phone and email, providing clear, compassionate information.
* Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold hospital standards in every interaction.
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Previous experience in a contact centre or healthcare administration is an advantage.
