A National energy efficiency company is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager in the team.
The business was founded in 2015 and works closely with the major energy retailers and State Governments in Australia to reduce energy consumption and achieve their carbon emission reduction targets.
The Marketing and Communications Manager is a newly created position to bring marcomms functions inhouse that have previously been outsourced to agencies. The role will work in conjunction with Directors to devise a marketing strategy, and once approved, execute this in conjunction with external agencies (when required).
This role will be centred around the delivery of high value marketing campaigns that will underpin the marketing, business development and sales functions within the business. You will create and publish content on both web and traditional platforms and will have experience in graphic design allowing you to create engaging imagery. You will have the ability to work with creative agencies and external advertisers to execute your strategic marketing plans to drive greater customer engagement and offer uptake. You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate key aspects of projects to stakeholders including employees and clients.
A successful person in this role will be highly organized, driven by creating positive outcomes and naturally self-motivated. They will have a strong attention to detail, understand the value and process of stakeholder engagement, and be a clear communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Devise and implement strategic marketing and communications plans
* Run major campaigns working with media outlets through concept, implementation, and analysis on ROI
* Develop graphic design and marketing assets
* Create, write and implement content for differing audiences across both traditional and digital channels
* Work autonomously with limited direction to a target
