What we are looking for Proven experience leading high performing retail environments at store or region level.
Preferred experience in large teams or multi site management to ensure the right skills leading multiple functions under the one roof.
Strong operational capability beyond just sales leadership.
Commercially savvy with experience optimising wages, stock and KPIs to increase revenue and profitability.
A confident and assertive people leader who takes pride in their business and results.
Someone who treats the store like their own business, hungry and motivated.
