About your role: Salary of up to $136,145.80 per annum plus 12% superannuation $3000 Curis Bonus when you finish your first three months Permanent full-time position Clinic role, no shift work! Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Aboriginal child health Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive child health services to families attending the Clinic. You will focus on preventative care, developmental screening, immunisation coordination, chronic disease management, and care coordination for children with complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver universal and extended child health checks and developmental screening in line with PAMS policy and relevant guidelines Coordinate and implement the Childhood Immunisation Program Undertake Children in Care (CIC) health checks and liaise with relevant agencies Develop and contribute to care plans for children with chronic and complex conditions Provide case management and coordinate specialist referrals Coordinate ear health screening programs Deliver health education to children, families, and the multidisciplinary team Facilitate specialist visits and support service coordination Location Information: You will be living in a part of the Pilbara Region of Western Australia where it offers the perfect blend of meaningful career impact and unique lifestyle benefits.
