The role involves coordinating with clients to book events accurately, establishing their needs to effectively facilitate them, responding to event inquiries and upselling to maximise sales and revenue.
We require previous experience in groups, meetings, and events coordination, passion for delivering excellent client experiences, and confidence in preventing problems proactively.
Key skills include attention to detail, administrative skills, time-management skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to learn new things.
