Lead Clinical Operations
As a Centre Manager, you will lead and develop the clinical and administrative operations of our centre. You will facilitate excellence in integrated health and social care, youth participation, and family-centred practice to improve outcomes for young people, their families, carers, kin, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and administrative support staff.
2. Implement and maintain all aspects of our centre service model.
3. Ensure high-quality youth centred supports for early intervention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree-level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or another related health discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex planning and service development environments.
* Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth friendly, family focused mental health services or programs.
* Proven capacity to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
