The successful candidate will manage end to end payroll, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance with Australian payroll legislation, and providing reporting and financial support to the CFO. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing Handle internal payroll administration including leave reconciliations and responding to employee payroll queries regarding pay, leave balances and entitlements. Process payroll compliance obligations including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and WorkCover, with review from the CFO Reconcile payroll to GL and prepare payroll-related journals Produce payroll reporting such as leave liability Support the CFO with budgeting and cash flow planning relating to payroll and superannuation. Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as required The ideal candidate will have: A recognised accounting or payroll qualification Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and payroll compliance for an employee group of similar size (200) Experience in a large professional organisation Strong working knowledge of STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, WorkCover Experience using payroll systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams This is a part time position, 3 days per week.
