About the Practice (Why You'll Like Working Here)
We are a modern, purpose-built general dental clinic with strong systems and a genuinely patient-centred approach. Our practice sees ~50 new patients per month with minimal advertising.
We provide full-scope general dentistry, including:
* Cosmetic dentistry
* Occlusal rehabilitation & complex treatment planning
* Fixed and removable orthodontics
* Oral surgery
* Implant dentistry
You'll be working with excellent toys, including:
* CBCT / OPG / Lat Ceph
* Intra-oral scanner (Primescan)
* Rotary endodontics
* Airflow
* DSLR photography
* Future plans for CEREC
Plus well-thought-out workflows that make dentistry smoother and faster.
Relocation to Colac isn't necessary. We live in Geelong and commute ourselves - it's an easy, traffic-free 45-minute drive.
You get the best of both worlds: the clinical upsides of rural dentistry during the week, with city life and Melbourne weekends still on the table.

* previous teaching with the University of Sydney
What that means for you:

* support with efficiency, communication, and complex cases
* no ego, no micromanagement
Most importantly: you won't be rushed, micromanaged, or left unsupported.
The Role
* Part-time associate position, with the option to build up to full-time if desired
* SFA arrangement with sliding scale commission up to 45%
* Long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow clinically and build strong patient relationships
