Our client is seeking a proactive Fleet Administrator to support their team until the end of February. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting teams, clear processes and stepping into a role where they can take full ownership of their tasks.
What you will be doing
* Providing general administrative support to the fleet operations team
* Answering incoming calls, emails and managing day‑to‑day communication
* Liaising with service centres to confirm vehicle details such as registrations and servicing
* Completing PPSR checks and accurately logging finance flags and sale restrictions
* Managing vehicle registrations
* Supporting insurance processes, including incident follow‑ups
* Maintaining accuracy across all documentation
What you bring
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability
* Fleet management / motor industry experience or similar a must
* Ability to work autonomously and pick up systems quickly
* Confidence communicating via phone and email
* Working Holiday Visa candidates welcome; ideal for someone seeking solid experience in a stable and well‑structured environment
