POSITION - HOSPITALITY AND ACCOMMODATION MANAGER
Full-time, Ongoing Position

RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least one years' experience in a hospitality management role with demonstrated ability to manage accommodation, events and staff in a wedding and function centre environment
* Strong experience in managing luxury venues, particularly in the wedding industry.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and associated operational priorities.
* Experience in budget management, cost control and inventory management within a wedding reception and function environment.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including accommodation and event spaces.
* Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and respond effectively to client requests and operational issues during events.
· Good knowledge of food and beverage service operations and hospitality service standards.
* Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists and tradespeople to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Strong interpersonal management skills in the supervision and coordination of multiple teams: bar, service, cleaning, floor and landscaping staff.
* Possess relevant hospitality qualifications.

SALARY
$85,000 per annum. 38hr/week. 4 weeks annual leave
