We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Organisational Development and Learning Advisor.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that support personal growth, team success, and a truly inclusive culture. This includes identifying skills gaps, survey results, and feedback to pinpoint areas where learning and growth are needed most.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering training programs that build confidence, capability, and strong workplace relationships.
* Conducting skills gap analysis and survey results to identify areas for improvement.
* Developing leadership training programs that promote inclusive and diverse workplaces.
* Launching and embedding new LMS systems and guiding teams through the learning journey.
* Supporting meaningful initiatives across diversity & inclusion, employee recognition, and wellbeing.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or Learning Development.
* 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
* Proven track record of working on L&D and D&I strategies that engage people and align with business goals.
* Experience working with employee engagement and culture surveys.
* Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS/LMS.
