**Brand Marketing Manager**
**9 Month Parental Leave Contract**

**About the role**:
This is an exciting and dynamic role for an enthusiastic marketing professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working across multiple world-class brands. The successful applicant will join the team for a 9 month parental leave contract to manage, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for selected brands within Village Roadshow Theme Parks. Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing and working in close liaison with the Digital Channel Managers and Communications Manager, the role also includes two direct reports. The key success factors for this role will be the delivery of ticket sales revenue, driving attendance to day trade and special events.
**Duties**:
- Planning, developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple brand groups across Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
- Responsible for ATL and BTL campaigns including briefing creative and media for development of all work.
- Planning, developing, managing and controlling in-park, third party and hotel activations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing internal stakeholders across the business as the core marketing contact for all designated brands including working with Sales team, Contact Centre and Operations Team to drive success.
- Developing and managing the critical timings for launch of each campaign period and communicating this to all the relevant touch points in the business.
- In collaboration with the Digital Channel Managers, develop an engaging digital experience to connect with existing and potential customers, through continuous content development and ongoing collaboration of the digital platform.
- Management of campaign budgets and forecasting, following company procedure for purchase orders and monthly accounting review, including post evaluation and reporting of all activity.
- Competitor analysis and understanding to facilitate strategic direction.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing across the mix with a Bachelor Degree Or Master in Marketing or Business
- Resort and/or Accommodation experience advantageous.
- Strong ecommerce skills and commercial acumen are essential to this role.
- Experience of customer acquisition and retention programs is essential.
- Project management skills working with external agencies and internal stakeholder in this fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive with excellent self-management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
