Join the Strategy, Insights and Communications (SIC) team within the Office of the Director-General at the Department of Women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Multiculturalism. In this role, you will create and curate engaging content across departmental channels, manage editorial calendars, and analyse insights to enhance performance. You'll prepare high-quality materials including briefs, reports, scripts and digital collateral, while contributing to a collaborative team culture that values reflection, learning and celebrating success.

Your contribution and key responsibilities could include:

• Create and curate engaging content that meets audience needs for department-owned channels including social media, online, blogs and other digital placements.

• Create and maintain editorial calendar and syndication schedules.

• Capture and analyse appropriate data/metrics, insights and industry trends to continuously improve content performance.

• Prepare high-quality materials, including multimedia project briefs, reports, scripts, talking points and digital articles and collateral.

• Actively engage in a team environment and positive culture by demonstrating our core values, celebrating success and committing to continued learning and development.
