Lead Art Educator Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Lead Art Educator to join our school community. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in driving student performance and educational outcomes through expert art teaching practices.
As a lead educator, your primary focus will be on curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. You will engage in ongoing professional learning to refine your expertise and provide guidance to colleagues on best practices in art education.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of relevant curriculum standards, including the ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills into their teaching. They will also have experience in responding to diverse student learning needs and using data to inform instruction and assess student progress.
Responsibilities will include direct teaching of students, contributing to curriculum planning and assessment, and participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities such as camps and excursions.
