Responsibilities
- Prepare Indian Punjabi curries (meat & vegetable), naans, rotis, and sweets
- Operate and manage a tandoor as part of daily cooking tasks
Qualifications
- Experience as an Indian/Punjabi chef
- Experience using a tandoor
- Ability to work in Australia and related legal right to work considerations
