Financial Accountant - Operations Excellence
This is a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support operational decision making.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage month-end processes and prepare accounts in line with Group timetables.
* Facilitate cost review meetings with departmental managers to drive accountability and performance.
* Oversee capital tracking and support CapEx planning.
* Provide analysis and reporting to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.

About You
You are a proactive finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
* Ideal Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/CPA/CIMA highly desirable but not obligatory).
* At least 3 years' experience in a commercial accounting or finance role with mining or resource sector exposure a strong preference.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Pronto experience advantageous).
* Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and capability to interpret operational performance in financial terms.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence to lead commercial discussions.
