About the Role
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global travel logistics, private aviation, and visa/international travel documentation requirements.
* Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including all transfers and both commercial and private aviation.
* Coordinate accommodations, visa applications, and required documentation for seamless international travel.
* Act as the primary point of contact between our CEO's office and the security team to assess needs, arrange protective services, and confidently brief external security providers.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip itineraries and documentation.
* Provide real-time support and rapid problem-solving in response to travel-related issues.
