We are seeking an exceptional Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations on a full-time permanent basis.
This diverse and dynamic role will suit someone who is passionate about customer service, has strong operational and people skills, and enjoys working in the auto and camping sectors.
Your primary responsibilities as the new store supervisor will include:
* Managing and driving incoming customer inquiries, sales management, in-store sales and services to optimize sales opportunities.
* Providing products and services to customers, including installs, while maintaining the stability and reputation of the store.
* Enforcing and maintaining quality and customer service standards.
* Maintaining trade sales and driving growth through B2B selling and service.
* Managing site operations and driving continuous improvement.
* Analyzing and resolving quality and customer problems, identifying market trends, and offering strategic solutions.
* Contributing to local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies.
* Being responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking, and other administrative duties as required.
* Managing work scheduling of staff and prioritizing customer needs efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean and safe operating area, including the shop, vehicles, and workshop at all times.

* Previous sales/retail experience in the auto and/or camping sector.

* Hold a current Manual Driver's license.
You will have an advantage if you also possess:
* Auto Electrical/Mechanically trade qualification.
* Experience in batteries.
