Major Accountabilities Customer Success Respond to customer questions relating to the platform Engage with customers to understand their overall security strategy Build, and support the services team with establishing trusted relationships with customers to drive successful outcomes Work with clients and the team to ensure that delivery engagements are planned, scheduled and tracked effectively, be the central point of contact and manage expectations Make customer calls, present solutions and provide competitive analysis Create knowledge resources to assist in exceptional customer success Conduct customer check-in’s to ensure satisfaction Create and deliver presentations on new platform features/ functionality Work with customers to ascertain technical requirements and propose solutions that deliver successful outcomes Deliver product demonstrations as required Manage customer engagement to ensure achievement of success criteria Ensure continuous progress is made towards the successful conclusion Platform Management Review customer feedback and discuss with the team to add to the product roadmap or service offerings Evangelise security best practice, research and knowledge sharing amongst customers and prospective customers Services Delivery Management Contribute to SLAs, reporting and project management
