About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing person-centred care and support. This involves travelling between client homes to assist with tasks such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offering social support and transportation, such as accompanying clients to social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
- Supporting clients in using aids, including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
- Smart phone with internet access
- Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
