Customer Service Officer - CSO

You will have demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre, administrative or retail setting. Must be highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multitask is essential.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Deal with incoming domestic and commercial customer calls, correspondence, and enquiries, including account queries, complaints, processing of orders and payments, and new customer enquiries.
* Advise customers on installation details related to gas usage, suitable delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.
* Adhere to all company statutory regulations relating to LP Gas.
* Manage administrative aspects of agents operating in the area, including full reconciliation of Fill Only accounts.
* Set up new domestic and commercial accounts, process deliveries, perform data checks, update invoices, and handle HS Screen tasks daily.
* Manage allocated debtor control aspects for customers.
* Reconcile cylinder contractor daily work and update customer accounts accordingly.
* Perform stock transfers, inventory stock-takes, coordinate changeovers for OOD cylinders, and handle account reconciliation, mailing, and banking when required.
What Makes You Great
* 2-3 years experience in customer-facing or administrative roles.
* Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing support, sales, and services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong email etiquette and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Technically confident with quick learning ability for new systems.
* Certificate in Business is desirable but not essential.
