Join our leading financial institution where your expertise will help shape the future of finance. We seek a Senior Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to Executive Management.
This role is central to our bank's financial control function, ensuring high-quality monthly and annual financial accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries. In addition to driving day-to-day finance operations, you'll provide leadership and mentoring to Financial Accountants while supporting Group Finance Managers in meeting management and statutory reporting deadlines.

About You
You're a collaborative, detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and are confident communicating technical information clearly and effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting).
* CPA, CA, or international accounting qualification preferred.
* Proven experience (up to Manager / Senior Manager level) gained in a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm.
* Strong experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within the banking or broader financial services industry.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with the implementation of new standards.
