About the Role
Team Todd is searching for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Concierge to support our real estate team in launching and managing property marketing campaigns.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to play a vital role in our on-the-ground operations in Rockhampton.
What You'll Be Doing
Liaising with photographers, stylists, videographers, copywriters, and suppliers
Coordinating property marketing launches and listing timelines
Managing vendor updates and providing concierge-level service throughout campaigns
Keeping CRM and marketing systems updated with accuracy
Supporting our buyer specialist and lead agent as required
Being the friendly, professional first point of contact for sellers and service providers
What We're Looking For
Prior real estate or customer-facing experience highly desirable
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
A calm, confident multitasker who thrives on deadlines and details
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, online bookings, and social media
Based locally in Rockhampton, with full-time availability
