FourQuarters are partnering with a leading utilities organisation to appoint a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to support strategic and operational decision-making within their finance team.
Working closely with senior leaders, this role will play a key part in delivering financial insight, driving performance, and strengthening financial governance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear analysis, insights, and recommendations aligned to strategic and financial objectives.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across customers, segments, and key margin drivers.
* Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
* Monitor financial performance and support business case development for key initiatives.
* Support month-end processes and contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and processes.
* Provide commercial insight across cost-to-serve, cost-to-acquire, and pricing decisions.
* Identify risks and opportunities, enhancing governance and operational efficiency.
About You:
* CA/CPA qualified.
* Strong experience in financial business partnering, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and advanced Excel and financial systems capability.
* Confident navigating complex environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving outcomes.
