* Deal effectively with new and existing employees throughout the visa process.
* Provide timely, commercially focused visa advice to the business.
* Prepare, check and lodge visa applications.
* Meet deadlines with regards to preparation and lodgement of visa applications
* Research & present all visa options for the applicable countries.
* Liaising with employees, skill assessing agencies, hiring managers and immigration departments
* Maintaining and reporting on all Visa timeframes & requirements.
* Maintain comprehensive visa registers capturing key data including visa types, expiry dates, associated costs, conditions and compliance requirements.
* Monitor visa expiry dates and provide the business with timely reminders and reports to support renewals and workforce planning, including notifying immigration when employment ends.
* Coordinate with Payroll on any visa‑related cost deductions or reimbursement requirements.
* Liaise with external migration agents and act as the main contact for any outsourced or complex visa matters.
